We are recruiting for an experienced shift manager to join the team at a well established company in Raunds, they are looking for someone to strengthen the depots operations team.



You will be managing a team of Warehouse Operatives on Night shift, keeping them engaged, organised and motivated.

you will oversee the accurate sortation of products to ensure Kpi's are achieved.



Key accountabilites:

Ensure company confirmed at depot is achieved

Ensure depot throughput target is achieved inline with targeted tip time

Ensure company target for saturations is achieved

Achieving all depot objectives relating to Health and Safety, Productivity, and cost to deliver outstanding service to the customers

Resourcing additional staff at short notice in the event of employee absence



Qualifications:

You will have experience in a fast paced operation with proven and demonstratablepeople Management experience, involving direct accountability and responsibility for motivating and leading high performing team.



Additional:

Decisive and effective decision making, problem resolution and time management skills

Excellent computer skills with ability to use google chrome applications

The ability to do comprehensive reporting, alongside analysis of data
