Working Hours:Shift pattern: 3on3 off, days, 06:00-18:00 (average 40.25 hrs per week)

Role insight

Indirect/Direct reports: 0-4

Reporting to the Production Manager, the production team leaders main priority is assisting the Production Manager/Shift Supervisor in the day to day running of the operation. You will be accountable and responsible for all duties pertaining to the smooth operational running of machines and or area of control on your shift.

About you

Proven warehouse/operations leadership experience in a similar fast-paced process driven manufacturing, production or distribution/logistics environment. Experience identifying system improvements with potential cost savings. Proven experience in performance management and people management.
