We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across a primary school based in Wellingborough.











The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

  • Deliver lessons across the curriculum in the absence of the class teacher.

  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities under the direction of teaching staff.

  • Support individual and groups of pupils, including those with additional needs.

  • Contribute to raising standards of achievement and supporting pupil well-being.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enrich learning experiences.

  • HLTA status (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in supporting teaching and learning in a school setting.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to inclusion.
