We are urgently looking for a Parts Service Administrator to cover a Maternity leave for a 6-9 month period

Service Department Administrator

Knowledge of Engine Parts highly desirable

6-9 month Contract ( Maternity cover)

14.00 per hour

Full time 08.00 - 16.00 Monday - Friday

Immediate start essential

Working in the Workshop/Service department of this busy Engineering company you will be assisting with

-Supporting the Workshop technicians with ordering of Engine Parts

- being the first point of contact for Customers

- Creating basic work orders

- Assisting in solving customer issues

- Creating and verifying customer, equipment and technical information

- Assisting with the Warranty Process - determine eligibility for coverage and claim requirements

- dealing with Time sheets

- Data Entry

- Ensuring PPE and Health and Safety guidelines are being adhered to in the Workshop.

Although this is more an administrative support role you will be working within the Workshop area and will be required to wear the appropriate PPE to include Safety footwear. Safety Gloves and a High Visibility vest (provided).

The ideal candidate will be

- a confident communicator

- be good with computers - computer literacy is essential

- Engine Parts /Warranty knowledge or an interest in Engines.

As this is a Maternity cover the ability to start asap is essential.
