Our client is seeking an experienced chef to join their small team to work as Chef de Partie. The fantastic pub restaurant with rooms is set in a small picturesque village and has its own riverside gardens. Boasting a great reputation for food and service the owners pride there selves on using the very best, freshest produce available in the south west including, fish straight from the market, vegetables and fruit straight from harvest and home hung dry aged beef. This is a brilliant opportunity to polish your skills and learn some new techniques.
