An established manufacturing business in Taunton is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team. Operating on a Panama shift pattern - Days & Nights (7-7), this role offers a competitive salary of up to 45,000 and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery.
- Work alongside the engineering team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Electrically biased maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering).
