If so, this might be the one for you. Our client, a globally renowned manufacturer of consumer goods is looking to hire an engineering team leader to supervise a small engineering team on shift.

The Role:

Leading a small engineering team on shift, your objective will be to ensure the smooth running of the engineering department, which will include:

  • Ensure all maintenance activities (reactive and planned) are delivered in an efficient manner via the shift engineering team across site
  • Ensure that all operational assets are operating at optimum levels.
  • Line managing the shift engineers and technical operators, you will support all other related business activities including QSHE, Process Safety, Capital Projects and Continuous Improvement.

The Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within an FMCG environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience as a lead or senior engineering team, supporting other engineers.
