We are really excited to be recruiting for this unique position working as an senior, area lettings coordinator for one of our clients based across the South West but working from the East Devon or South Somerset area. Salary negotiable but in the region of £32-35,000 depending on experience for someone at managerial level.

This full-time role would ideally suit someone who has the drive and determination as well as passion and enthusiasm to achieve common goals within a successful and supportive team environment.

About the Role:

  • Working directly with the Lettings Training and Development Manager to implement business objectives, processes and procedures
  • You will be involved in all aspects of the day to day letting of property, as required
  • Providing support to the wider lettings team in offices located across the West Country which will involve all roles within lettings and property management.
  • Involvement in marketing and promotion
  • Support with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Some Saturday working will be required on a rota basis but likely one in three/four
  • This role is based at both our Wellington, Tiverton or Honiton offices, with potential to travel to other letting office locations as and when required.

The candidate - Desired skills and attributes:

  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years Residential Lettings experience with good all-round knowledge of the entire letting process
  • ARLA qualified would be an advantage but not essential
  • Desire and passion to deliver a highest standard
  • IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.

Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.30pm and Saturdays (on rota) 9-1pm.

Salary negotiable depending on experience but in the region of £32-35,000
