Key Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and team development.
• Implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a motivated retail team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
• Ensure effective staff scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor store performance and report key metrics to senior management.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
