NXTGEN is excited to be partnering with one of the most prestigious rural estates in the country to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Based in North Norfolk, this is a rare opportunity to join an organisation steeped in history yet firmly focused on the future. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, working closely with the Finance Director to drive process improvements and efficiencies. You'll have the chance to make a real impact-whether through delivering insightful variance analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, or unlocking new revenue streams to maximise returns.

Responsibilities for a Finance Business partner:

  • Experience of business partnering, analysing and reporting on month end management accounts
  • Preparing, monitoring and managing budgets communicating financial information to all stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to establish a positive relationship between the finance team and the operational teams in the business

If you are ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, then I'd like to hear from you. If you have experience within a business partnering role, this will be advantageous but is not essential. This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and hungry individual who wants to unlock their full potential. This is a very commercial focused role so being able to communicate clearly is key. This role is built on your ability to uphold and create new working relationships
