Job Title: Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer

Location: Somerset, UK

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

An experienced Conveyancer, Lawyer or Solicitor, is sought to join an established and historic Somerset based legal practice to enable the next phase of their growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues or concerns.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth process.
  • Attending meetings, negotiations, and court hearings when required.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and sharing knowledge with the team.
