Job Title: Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer
Location: Somerset, UK
Remuneration: 45,000 - 60,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
An experienced Conveyancer, Lawyer or Solicitor, is sought to join an established and historic Somerset based legal practice to enable the next phase of their growth.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Conducting property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues or concerns.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth process.
- Attending meetings, negotiations, and court hearings when required.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional relationships.
