Join a team at a leading training provider in Wales, where we are committed to supporting young people, learners, and employers through high-quality training and development programmes. We are currently seeking a passionate Training Officer to enhance our Management and Business Administration learning delivery team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver effective teaching and learning to a caseload of learners directly in the workplace, focusing on Management and Business Administration.
  • Pass on your knowledge and experience through daily interactions, while also undertaking assessments and assisting candidates in preparing their portfolio of evidence.
  • Carry out progression reviews and support learners in improving their literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Promote the use of the Welsh Language and engage with potential employers and learners to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure learners complete their apprenticeship programmes in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Management/Administration at a middle/senior management level.
  • Familiarity with Business Management/Administration qualifications at Level 4.
  • Experience in leading a team and supervising others is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Hold or working towards D32/D33, TAQA, or A1 Assessor award.
  • GCSE A* - C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalent is desirable.
  • Ability to speak Welsh is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must have access to own transport as travel is critical to the position.
