We are currently seeking a passionate Training Officer to enhance our Management and Business Administration learning delivery team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver effective teaching and learning to a caseload of learners directly in the workplace, focusing on Management and Business Administration.
- Pass on your knowledge and experience through daily interactions, while also undertaking assessments and assisting candidates in preparing their portfolio of evidence.
- Carry out progression reviews and support learners in improving their literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
- Promote the use of the Welsh Language and engage with potential employers and learners to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure learners complete their apprenticeship programmes in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Management/Administration at a middle/senior management level.
- Familiarity with Business Management/Administration qualifications at Level 4.
- Experience in leading a team and supervising others is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient IT skills and ability to learn new software.
- Hold or working towards D32/D33, TAQA, or A1 Assessor award.
- GCSE A* - C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to speak Welsh is an advantage but not essential.
- Must have access to own transport as travel is critical to the position.
- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
