This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to our project management team and assist with various office functions. Job Responsibilities: ·Project Support: Assist project managers with the day-to-day running of projects, including maintaining project documentation, tracking project timelines, and liaising with stakeholders. ·General Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising documents to ensure smooth office operations. ·Minute Taking: Attend meetings, take detailed and accurate minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties. ·Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. ·Inbox Management: Monitor and manage incoming emails, ensuring that correspondence is directed to the appropriate team members and responses are handled promptly. ·Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring that all logistics are efficiently managed.
