Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Temporary possibility of a permanent position
Hours: Monday to Friday 9- 5 -office based

My client is currently looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
路Greeting visitors, addressing their needs, and arranging refreshments
路Assisting with refreshments and catering for meetings
路Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
路Receiving, sorting, and managing incoming and outgoing post, including recorded deliveries
路Responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner
路Ordering stationery and ensuring the supply cupboard is stocked and organised
路Monitoring printer stock, requesting refills, and reporting faults
路Managing kitchen supplies and ensuring the area is maintained
路Managing milk accounts, utility meter readings, and maintenance for A/C units and security alarms
路Organising periodic eyesight checks for staff driving company vehicles
路Managing company and hired vehicles, including arranging road tax, MOTs, servicing, and repairs
路Ordering fuel cards and managing vehicle trackers
路Booking hotels and train tickets for staff
路Completing reference checks and compiling induction folders
路Assisting with office facilities management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
