We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
·Leading in resolving any issues with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, working collaboratively with departments to ensure correct sign off and procedures are followed.
·Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
·Dealing with supplier queries.
·Prepayment processing and reconciliations.
·Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
·Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
·Processing credit card expenses.
·Preparing the monthly BACS payment run.
·Any other ad hoc duties as required within the department.
 
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
 
·Proven Purchase Ledger experience, minimum of two years.
·Self-management with strong analytical skills.
·Great interpersonal and communications skills.
·Good team working skills.
·The ability to work to strict weekly and monthly deadlines.
·Strong Excel and IT skills.
·Coins software experience desirable.
