Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing inbound customer calls.

  • Making outbound calls to customers as needed.

  • Resolving customer issues and providing helpful solutions.

  • Managing customer bookings and handling queries for cruise clients.

  • Responding to customer emails efficiently.

  • Upselling products and processing orders in the system.

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure first-contact resolution.

  • Handling escalations from colleagues.

  • Providing accurate product and service information to customers.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.

  • Rota-based shifts Monday to Friday between 8 am - 8 pm.

  • Saturday shifts (10 am - 6 pm) on a rota basis.

  • Part-time roles also available.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Fluency in German is required for one specific role.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or similar roles is desirable.
