About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 07:00am to 14:30pm

As a Chef Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of kitchen services and maintain high hygiene standards. You will manage the kitchen team, monitor food quality, and ensure all meals are fresh, appetising, and meet customer requirements. You will also manage budgets, comply with Health and Safety regulations, and develop staff to maintain high standards.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the smooth running of kitchen services and maintain hygiene standards
  • To manage and monitor the operation of the Contract by Contract Specification and Company Policy
  • Ensure that all food offered is fresh, appetising, nutritionally balanced, and in line with customer requirements and company specifications
  • To effectively manage within budgetary constraints and conform to client/company specifications
  • Ensure that Health and Safety regulations and food safety standards are complied with.
  • Manage and develop staff to achieve the highest standard of work promoting a positive team spirit
  • To apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service and compliance with the specifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Management experience in a similar role
  • Level 3 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Experience as a Chef with a passion for food
  • Demonstrable experience working with and managing budgets
  • Excellent client relationship and customer care skills
  • Strong IT and administration skills
