One of our favourite clients in Welwyn Garden City - are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager who loves a bit of pace to their role!
When we say this company is growing fast...we mean fast - and this role is crucial to that growth in every sense. The role is a generalist marketing role but there will be a big focus on digital marketing to take this company to the next - LinkedIn, Amazon, and socials but not just content. They want to look at the more PR focused side of this aswell e.g. influencers etc to keep up with their market competitors.
First of all, you'll be joining an incredibly talented and passionate senior leadership team and will have support and mentoring from a fab Sales and Marketing Director. You'll be managing a small team of great juior - mid level Marketers, who are very bought in to having a great Manager to guide them.
The company is as ambitious as they come and have some really exciting plans for 2025 and beyond. Their entire head office, share a common trait - which is passion. The person who is right for this role, will have that same trait and be willing to put their all into making sure the digital marketing strategy is delivered - in line with their creative nature.
It’s a broad role where you will use multiple skills across traditional and digital marketing, predominantly in a B2B environment, with some B2C through working closely with their customers and retail.
- Managing and implementing all marketing activity, online and offline, in line with the strategy
- Managing the marketing team and budget
- Reporting on monthly KPIS and delivering actionable insights
- Working with the team to ensure our product portfolio is always up to date which includes all product labels, website, resource library, price lists, amazon and more.
- Managing all external agencies including design, PR, photography, amazon specialists
- Project management of Branding and website developments
- Implementing a digital strategy
- Market Trends and Insights analysis, ensuring they are top of their game when it comes to current trends.
- Events and exhibitions - leading on all industry exhibitions and events both pre-event, during, and post-event
- Brand management - you will be responsible for ensuring all activity is on brand and projects meet briefs, alongside objectives for the company, this could be anything from cardboard boxes to websites
