Daily responsibilities include processing sales inquiries, communicating with the Design Team, and providing after-care support to ensure customer satisfaction.
The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, and candidates should have a minimum of two years in a related role.

My client are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join their expanding team as a Sales Support professional. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, driven and self motivated with a flair for negotiation and project management.Day-to-day of the role:

Process sales enquiries and potential leads via phone and email for bespoke products.
Effectively communicate customer requirements to the Design Team.
Project manage various projects from implementation to completion
Negotiate quotes and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
Provide comprehensive after-care support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Engage in continuous learning and development through provided training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience.
Sales focussed
Initiative to offer advice, recommend changes and formulate creative ideas.
Good listening, organising and numeracy skills.
Enjoyment of negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
An interest in art, creativity, or design is advantageous, as the role involves discussing design briefs with customers.
