Job Title: Learning & Development Admin Support

Location: Welwyn Garden City, 3 days per week

Remuneration: Competitive Day Rate

Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 3 months

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the strategic direction for functional learning, contributing to the overarching Group Capability strategy.
  • Identify current and future capability needs, ensuring learning interventions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Capability Design team and our client's Business Services to shape and influence capability development.
  • Manage the operational and administrative components of learning and development, focusing on technical training offers and supporting professional qualifications.
  • Assist in the design and development of impactful learning interventions.
  • Ensure the delivery of learning programmes meets the needs of learners.
  • Coordinate with external delivery agents to ensure they meet our client's training requirements.
  • Support the development of the company's learning and development strategy.
  • Prepare and present recommendations and reports for senior management.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects that align with our client's business priorities.
