Do you have a DBS Certificate? Customer Service Administrator required to work for a local provider on a Temporary basis. This is a full-time office-based role in Welwyn Garden City.
Working within a friendly team office environment and with free parking. This role offers opportunity to progress within the organisation.
- Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- Annual salary equivalent is £23,500 - £12.02 per hour
The Role:
- Making outbound calls to customers who have equipment in their homes which require periodic servicing or repair
- Booking Couriers/Deliveries
- Responding to emails
- Paperwork
- Updating data base
