Data Asset Manager

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Asset Manager to join our Resident and Climate Change team on a 12-week temporary assignment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a vital project while gaining valuable experience and contributing to a more sustainable future.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Asset Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Asset Management Strategy that aligns with our strategic goals, statutory regulations, and a commitment to sustainability.
  • Manage & Analyse Data: Utilise your expertise to manage and analyse a vast suite of asset data, identifying trends and recommending improvements to maximise value for money and long-term sustainability.
  • Drive Investment Planning: Develop and prioritise rolling investment programs, including cost assessments, to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Champion Data Integrity: Maintain accurate asset data within our management systems, ensuring timely updates and consistency across all relevant databases.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our asset management program and provide strong leadership to your team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential Requirements:

* A qualification in Property Management or Building Surveying.

* Proven experience in asset management, ideally in the housing sector.

* A deep understanding of policy issues related to housing and asset management.

* Excellent ICT skills, including advanced Excel, comfort with mobile devices, and experience working with asset management databases.

  • Valued Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies.
