A vibrant, medium-sized architectural firm is seeking a skilled and driven CDM Principal Designer who thrives in a team-oriented setting and embraces the challenge of leadership. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take a leading role in managing a substantial portion of the firm's internal projects, playing a key part in its continued growth. Enjoy the flexibility to manage your workload autonomously, with the option for remote work. Typically, you'll be in the office two days per week.

The CDM Principal Designer Role

As a Principal Designer, you'll manage a varied portfolio of exciting projects, fulfilling the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of CDM and Health & Safety professionals to deliver exceptional results.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (essential)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum requirement)
  • APS Membership (preferred)
  • Design Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CDM or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team
