A skilled CRM Specialist with strong MS Dynamics 365 experience is needed to join our team at theICEway, a leading IT services and technology consultancy based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, on a full-time, hybrid/remote basis. 

We seek a full-time application specialist consultant for CRM system implementation and maintenance projects, specifically on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The position will sit within our technology projects team alongside other application specialists and our project managers.

The position will be fully remote or hybrid, dependent on candidate location. The role will report directly to the Head of Technology Projects within theICEway organisation.

About the Role

theICEway is already engaged with a client seeking to implement MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Work on gathering requirements and building the modules to their specification has begun. The selected candidate will begin work immediately on this project alongside the existing team of CRM specialists, project managers, and technical consultants.

From time to time, the selected candidate will be required to travel to clients globally at key project milestones. It is highly likely that occasional travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia will be required in the instance of the first project detailed below.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with the development team to provide them with functional design specifications
  • Configuration and customisation, as per the business needs
  • Running workshops with the key stakeholders
  • Creating user stories and designing customer solutions 
  • Training users when required
  • Managing all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, taking ownership of the end-to-end CRM process, including Accounts, Leads, Opportunities and Contacts
  • Work with senior members of the client business on developing and implementing operational improvements within the team

Required Experience: 

  • The candidate must possess strong experience in full implementation and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM suite 
  • High-level business process mapping/design
  • Dynamics CRM implementation experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong MS Dynamics 365 experience
  • High-level configuration and customisation experience of Dynamics 365
  • Proficient in designing, building, testing and maintaining MS Dynamics
  • Extensive Dynamics 365 Project/Programme Management, Business Analysis, and/or Technical Lead experience
  • Dynamics dashboarding or data visualisation implementation knowledge
  • Dynamics workflow implementation knowledge. Along with integration capabilities to and from other applications
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word, and Visio

Required Skills: 

  • The candidate must possess knowledge and competence around MS Dynamics-specific implementation methodology
  • The candidate must demonstrate business analysis skills and a consultative approach to client project work
  • The candidate must be able to take ownership of a project and work closely with supporting roles such as project and account managers to be the lead client contact

Desirable Skills:

  • The candidate should demonstrate knowledge and experience of other MS Dynamics modules beyond the CRM specifically
  • The candidate should possess experience within the cruise and travel sectors, especially around the core technologies such as reservations platforms and property management software
