The success of Cyber Connect is crucial for protecting our colleagues and customers, making your role as an Engagement Coordinator vital.

Role Overview

As an Engagement Coordinator within the Security Engagement & Culture team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of the Cyber Connect initiative. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication within and outside the team.
  • Influencing positive outcomes and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Acting as the go-to person for initiative owners, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution as needed.

Your role will be instrumental in making sure that Cyber Connect operates efficiently and that all stakeholders are aligned and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the Cyber Connect process.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both within the team and externally, to keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • Influence: Use your influence skills to drive positive outcomes and ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across different teams to enable smooth processes and resolve any conflicts that arise.
  • Support & Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for initiative owners, providing ongoing support and addressing queries throughout the process.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer engagement abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven influence skills to guide outcomes effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate and enable cross-team efforts.
  • Conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve issues proactively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role involving customer engagement and cross-team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity initiatives or similar processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
