We are seeking an Interim Human Resources Project Manager for a 3-month fixed-term contract in Welwyn Garden City.
The position offers a salary of up to £60,000, ideally around £58,000, for full-time work with 2 days on-site.
Candidates should have experience with TUPE and be able to manage the migration of approximately 2,300 contracts and over 100 staff to new terms.
A CIPD qualification and a background in HR Generalist roles are required for this position.
Applicants must be available on short notice and able to commute to Welwyn Garden City; sponsorship is not available.

We are working exclusively with a private sector organisation to recruit for an Interim Human Resoures Project Manager

This is a 3 month fixed term contract

Full time with 2 days on site in Welwyn Garden City

Salary range is up to £60,000 ( ideally £58,000)

The contract harmonisation data collection has been completed

This project will now be for migration, contracts and execution of project
This will be a 3-month piece of work, experience with TUPE helpful, there are a number of acquisitions going on

There are currently about 2,300 contracts to be harmonised (minor amendments in holidays, potentially working hours and benefits), and separately over 100 staff will need to migrate to new terms and pay frequency.
