Key Responsibilities:
  • Independent On-Site Work: You'll have the autonomy to manage and drive sales efforts on-site.

  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the shared ownership process, from initial enquiry to completion.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with prospective buyers.

  • Negotiation & Communication: Work with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.

  • Target-Driven: Achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Property Sales Experience: Previous experience in property sales, ideally in the new homes sector, is essential.

  • Shared Ownership Knowledge: A basic understanding of shared ownership schemes is beneficial.

  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Driving License: A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (mileage can be claimed).

Working Hours:
  • Tuesday to Saturday: Flexibility required for weekend work, with Sundays and Mondays off.
