Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Finance department, providing essential administrative support while also assisting other departments when needed. Admin Assistant – Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming phone calls (approx. 50 per day) and directing to the appropriate team
  • Taking messages and handling enquiries professionally
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Sending holding emails and ensuring follow-ups are handled
  • Supporting other departments, including Customer Care, with administrative tasks
  • Potential opportunity to develop further responsibilities within Finance & Admin

Admin Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of office-based admin experience (e.g., Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Coordinator)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and eager to grow with the company long-term
  • Ability to multitask and support different departments when required
