There will be no line management responsibility for this post, you will solely be in charge of supporting to deliver the ongoing projects.
Head of Asset Management responsibilities:
- Be responsible for refurbishment projects consisting on high rise heat system replacements
- Oversee the 5 year asset and investment plans
- Build a strong stock condition service, assisting with the investment model.
What is required for the role:
- Experience working within social housing and delivering projects within asset and investment programmes
- Proven experience as a head of assets to ensure you hit the ground running and can work on your own initiative
- An effective communicator with excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to work on sustainability projects
