Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our friendly team to oversee the delivery of exceptional service our clients.
Main duties:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Drainage industry.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximise profitability.
Deal with all customer relations queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery of products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns.
Manage a variety of large accounts
Directly manage a team including engineers, subcontractors, account administrators and negotiators
Attend on-site meetings as and when required What helps you to fulfil this role:
Experience in Contracts Management
Experience in managing projects
Strong negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal
Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office The package for this role includes:
