As HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and creating a positive employee experience. You'll manage a wide range of responsibilities, from refining policies and processes to providing expert support on employee relations. Your ability to manage complex change processes and drive efficiency through automation will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the transition from paper-based to automated HR systems
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth and employee engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives
