Sonic Summary

The role involves managing, developing, and delivering IT Asset Management services for both software and hardware.
Candidates should ideally have experience in Software Licensing and be versatile in supporting various IT processes.
The position is within a small, focused team that supports and maintains a compact IT function.
Experience with ITIL processes and procedures is highly desirable, as the role reports to the Head of Service Delivery.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

IT Asset Management

To be accountable for the management, development, direction and delivery of IT Asset Management services covering software and hardware. Ideally experience in Software Licensing as well. Looking for a genuine all-rounder to support multiple IT processes, procedures and functions. You will work in a small focused team responsible for supporting and maintaining a small IT function so any experience in the following would be of interest. You are reporting into the Head of Service Delivery so any experience in ITIL processes and procedures would be highly desirable.
