Job Description:

Hybrid working 3 or 4 days in the office in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team and help support a growing external client base. Our clients span a multitude of sectors and use a wide range of technologies so this is a great chance to learn.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months’ experience within an IT support related role and have experience with Windows systems, having carried out support of both desktop and server systems. You will be responsible for providing 1st Line support for on-prem IT systems infrastructure and Cloud technologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and support skills are required.
