Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the development. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within residential construction.
  • Knowledge of traditional build methods, low-rise apartment developments, and general construction practices.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within the industry.
  • Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) would be beneficial.
