Project Overview:
This exciting development in Hertfordshire consists of 60 low-rise, traditional build apartments. The project is expected to run until 2026 and presents a great opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a major residential scheme.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the development. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career in construction management, overseeing the successful delivery of this residential project from start to finish.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within residential construction.
- Knowledge of traditional build methods, low-rise apartment developments, and general construction practices.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress within the industry.
- Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) would be beneficial.
