I'm currently working with a bespoke house builder, in assisting them recruiting of a Senior Site Manager, for their high end residential scheme based in Hertfordshire. The scheme compromises of 5 bespoke houses, 3000sqft.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be number one overseeing site based construction activities, responsible for ensuring the programme is met and run to a timely fashion, responsible for health and safety on site, managing and co-coordinating works, responsible for managing and ordering materials.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- At the very least, 10 years experience
- Working on projects in excess of 3m construction cost.
- Strong background in groundworks
- Background in luxury homes.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
- Can work in a team collaboratively - they will be working with our junior site manager (he has a masters in civil engineering and 6 years experience) and our groundworks team.
- Have a strong HSE ethos - ensures everyone is in PPE and is strict with HSE.
This is a start for 25th November, which is due to run for 26 weeks.
