Description
- Oversee and manage daily accounting tasks and operations.
- Prepare financial statements and performance reports.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Work closely with other departments to optimise financial operations.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Assist with the preparation of tax reports and inventories.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Sharp problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Workday experience would be a bonus!
- Happy to work once a week from Northampton office + 1 day a week from Wembley.
