Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships and communicate effectively with families, pupils, visitors, and staff.

Remain calm under pressure, be flexible, and multi-task efficiently.

Provide a professional and friendly "front of house" reception experience for all visitors.

Offer general administrative and communication support to teaching and administrative staff.

Lead on administrative processes, including school admissions, school trip bookings, and managing school communications.

Use IT software, including SIMS, Excel, ParentPay, and Microsoft Forms, to a high standard.

Maintain the Single Central Record and support with GDPR compliance.

Organise and oversee school trips, performances, and events.

Assist with financial administration, including processing orders and following up on missed payments.

Support SLT with letters, newsletters, and the annual school prospectus.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a school office or administrative role (essential).

High level of proficiency with school management systems and office software.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently, using initiative, and meet deadlines.
