QS required ASAP for Developer/Contractor on new build residential project 800+ apartments NW London

I have an immediate requirement for one of my Developer/Contractor clients who are looking for an Intermediate / Package / Project level QS to work on a major new build residential project of 800+ apartments in North West London.

The role will primarily involve subcontractor package management, including variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting and final accounts, as most of the procurement has been done.

The position is site-based on the Wembley project likely for around 6 months, then moving onto another London project, likely in North/Central London.

The successful candidate will come from either a residential developer and / or main contracting background - new build residential experience is preferable, though not essential.

The role is immediately available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or perm basis.
