The Role: We are seeking an exceptional KS2 Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both students and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across KS2.
- Leading and supporting a team of KS2 teachers to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Participating in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities.
