Exams and Data Officer Required for Secondary School in Wembley

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Hours: 08:00 - 16:15, 5 days a week, term-time only

Duties can include:
  • To take part in the school performance review process.

  • The post holder will be expected to undertake such tasks, which are commensurate with the position at the direction of the Headteacher.

  • To support the Governing Body in its whole-hearted adopted of the School’s policies and aims. Perform the necessary administrative processes (e.g. mail-merges) associated with the publishing of such documentation as class lists, student timetables, options groups. Undertake training to develop further all aspects of the school’s data management systems, and to assist in the training of other staff.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of school policies and the implications for managing school data. The postholder will need to undertake first aid, undertake the daily Cover and or fire warden duties if required by the School.

  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Head teacher or the Deputies.

  • This is a new post and it is expected that the post holder will undertake further duties in agreement with the Headteacher/ Line Manager commensurate with the grading and nature of the post.

  • Experience working as an exams officer or manager.

  • A real passion for working within an educational environment

  • Experience working in a school or college environment.

  • Be a detail-orientated person, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
