Looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services company in Westminster for a permanent role.
Offering a competitive salary of £36,000 + company van and fuel card + bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing repairs to occupied and void properties, including tap changes, sinks, showers, baths, and minor repair works.
- You will work to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned works around the service area.
- Be multi-skilled in your trade to include either remedial carpentry, plastering, or tiling.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Trade-related NVQ2 or C&G
- Previous experience in a social housing domestic setting
