Overview:Join our dedicated team as a Registered Manager at Children of The Mangrove. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Children's Home, ensuring exceptional care for young people with complex emotional, behavioral, and social needs. Your leadership will drive outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Children's Home, ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards.
  • Promote a nurturing environment that prioritises the welfare and rights of young people.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering a motivated and competent team.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners.
  • Ensure the home's policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to, promoting best safeguarding practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in residential care, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to enhancing the lives of young people and driving service excellence.
