Your Impact

As a key member of our pastoral team, you will:

  • Support the Head of Year in managing behaviour, attendance, and student well being
  • Work closely with families to address concerns and improve student engagement
  • Collaborate with staff and external agencies to provide tailored support for students
  • Monitor and track student progress and interventions to drive success
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture where every student feels valued
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an empathetic and proactive leader who can build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to motivate and support young people
  • Experience in a pastoral or student support role (school experience desirable)
  • A calm, resilient, and solution-focused approach to challenges
  • A commitment to promoting student well being and inclusion
