Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking for a new full-time role in Brent?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join an established and forward thinking PRU in Harrow. This is a full time, long-term role starting in November 2024.

The School:

This is an alternative provision in Brent who are committed to motivating, supporting and inspiring pupils to re-engage with their education. They aim to provide every pupil with a high standard of education.

The Headteacher has created a school that is vibrant with positive attitudes and behaviour, and is a place where staff inspire and support all learners to be the best that they can be. This is a small academy, which allows them to get to know their pupils and their families, building strong, positive working relationships.

The role:

  • Supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Encouraging and promoting student engagement in learning activities
  • Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student
  • Collaborating with staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies
  • Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements
