Service Care Solutions is hiring a Capital Project Manager to lead major capital regeneration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Projects include residential, mixed-use developments, schools, and leisure facilities.
This is a temp to perm position, offering 40 per hour Umbrella LTD (31.90 per hour PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large-scale capital projects, managing budgets and timelines.
- Support the Head of Capital Delivery and deputise when required.
- Ensure effective governance, reporting to CMT, PCG, and Cabinet.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and engage end users.
- Oversee home-building programme and regeneration projects.
- Lead procurement and manage external consultants.
- Identify risks and secure funding for projects.
- Manage and lead staff for effective project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Prince 2, APMP, RICS, or relevant capital project management experience.
- Extensive experience in capital project management is essential.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-million pound budgets, complex project plans, and senior-level governance.
