Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and play a key role in managing project costs, subcontractor payments, and material procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Management: Prepare and send costs to clients, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Subcontractor Agreements: Negotiate and agree rates with subcontractors.

Invoices & Payments: Raise invoices and manage subcontractor payment applications.
