With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects.

The Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in contract management, cost control, and financial reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Management Contracts and contract administration
• Handling JCT Contracts and Collateral Warranties
• Procuring and managing trade packages
• Producing cash flow forecasts, valuations, and financial reports
• Managing variations and Final Accounts (FA)
• Preparing and delivering weekly commercial reports
• Attending design and progress meetings to support project delivery

Skills & Experience

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in fast-track retail, commercial, or similar projects
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and construction financial management
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Based in or around London, with flexibility to travel to project sites when required
