Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons and interventions to small groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Supporting teachers in the planning and preparation of lessons to meet pupils' needs.
• Helping pupils develop confidence and achieve their academic goals.
• Working with SEN and EAL pupils, providing targeted support tailored to their individual needs.
• Leading activities that foster social and emotional development in children.
• Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teachers to ensure effective learning.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold HLTA status or a relevant qualification with proven experience in primary education.
• Be confident leading whole-class teaching and managing groups of pupils.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be passionate about inspiring and supporting children to reach their potential.
